Application Terms of Service

Welcome to SheetCopilot, a Google Sheets add-on that uses the OpenAI API to manipulate the content of your spreadsheet. By using our app, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Our App. You agree to use our app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, such as infringing on someone else's intellectual property rights or violating their privacy.

Data Collected. Our app accesses part of the data from the spreadsheet that you are using SheetCopilot on. This data includes column headers, the numbers of sheets and rows, and the properties of all chart. This data is only used for the purpose of sending it to the OpenAI API and manipulating it according to the response we receive. OpenAI API. Our app uses the OpenAI API to generate responses that represents a solution describing how to manipulate the content of your spreadsheet by following your instruction typed in the dialog window. You agree to use the OpenAI API in accordance with their terms of service, which you can find here: https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use/.

No Warranty and Liability Limitation. Our app is provided as-is, without any warranty, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our app, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms. We may update these terms of service from time to time. By continuing to use our app, you agree to be bound by the updated terms of service.

By using our app, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our app.
